The Moonshot Group Holds AMA Featuring Pinkcoin

“The Pinkcoin Development Team Answers Questions From the Community”

12/5/17 By Devin Saxon. Did you miss the AMA held by ThePinkCrypto‘s Moonshot Group last week? Well fret no more, The Great Pink Buffalo is here to save the day! Below are all the questions and responses from that most fruitful exchange; feel free to scroll through and review all the answers straight from the PINK Dev Team.

PinkCoin AMA hosted by The MoonShot Group

What is the purpose of PINK?

Pinkcoin 3D Title Transparent

“Pinkcoin is the first blockchain specifically designed as a fundraising platform for social impact causes where we’ve gamified the proof of stake model and incentivized philanthropy from our users. We’ve been around since May of 2014 and have been traded on Bittrex and Poloniex since day 1.” –CryptoCayce

When can I get a PinkPi?

giphy (3)The PinkPi device is currently wrapping up the final coding and UI interface. It took a  little longer than we had hoped, but we want to make sure the final product we are putting out is of high quality, so every step of the way we are testing, having the code reviewed, and taking the necessary security steps to make sure the device is easy to use, functional, and safe. We added in a lot of features we we’re originally going to release down the road. We hope to have the unit ready before end of year. We totally understand the frustration of having to wait for this amazing little device, but we want to make sure our first physical product is top notch.”Elypse

Can you tell us about any upcoming partnerships that would elevate the PINK platform/brand?

“We already have several official partners including those recipients of our Donate 4 Life pool funding system such as Cardiac Kids out of Toronto Canada which is an organization that works w/ Sick Kids Hospital to help kids born w/ congenital heart disease to subsidize the costs of their many open heart surgeries they will have to endure throughout their life. We are also partnered w/ a school out of Switzerland called Zwischraum-Thugaru who are teaching their students blockchain tech through Pinkcoin. We’ll be announcing several more partnerships in the coming months but I’ll share one that we’ll be announcing in the next week with you guys here: an organization who is disrupting the traditional food-drive program by giving fresh fruits & vegetables and other healthy foods to those in need.” -CryptoCayce

Will they accept Phore as a currency for PINK?

“I guess it would be possible in the future via decentralized exchanges or if Phore was compatible w/ cross chain atomic swaps. but as of this moment there aren’t any PINK/Phore currency pairings on any exchange that I’m aware of” -CryptoCayce

Can we stake only PINK on it [PinkPi]?

435830866_230966“The code for the device currently supports PINK only, and that will also be the case for the “for sale” device. However, we will be releasing the code to the community down the road as well, so other project’s and individuals will be able to utilize the code for their own project/coin. The raspberri pi zero is a very hardware specific device, so it can only run one optimized wallet at a time. We are specifically building our code to function on the specific device. This is for a few reasons. One of those being that the device is being built to help bring newcomers into the space by offering a simple plug-n-play device that any novice into crypto can setup without having to cross the cumbersome barrier of knowledge this space demands” Elypse

What does PINK do? Why would I want to invest in it?

Side Staking Details“Well aside from the whole disintermediating the traditional giving process by giving people an alternative and transparent opportunity on the blockchain via Pinkcoin thing we also have a pretty sweet and talented group of innovative developers who do cool stuff like create interactive twitter games  that encourage social interaction while incentivizing game play. create unique wallet features like Side Staking  (the ability to split up your staking rewards from 1%-99% and forward them  to up to 100 different addresses, your own, your friends, donate4life partners, all transaction-fee free). oh and did we mention we’re a  hybrid PoW/PoS/FPoS (Flash Proof of Stake, increased staking rewards from 100-150 during 4 hours of the day) which the PoS portion averages ~20% APR” -CryptoCayce

карта4 (1)

What motivation did you have when creating this platform?

“We saw that everywhere that Bitcoin and Crypto was being talked about was in the same breath as scams, ponzi, darknet, drugs, money laundering  and overall a very shady and negative light. We saw something very different and a lot of opportunity to reshape the narrative surrounding cryptocurrencies as an outlet for doing good in the world” -CryptoCayce

Due to concerns validated by recent issues with applications such as Coinpouch, how will coins be protected when staked via PinkPi?

“Security is a major concern in this space, and we don’t take these issues lightly. The device’s code is being built similarly to how our desktop wallet functions, so the same security scenario’s apply. We have a top notch security reviewer, Philip (@_MiW) who reviews all our code before the even the beta devices are being sent out. All the information will be stored on the Pi device itself, so it would be the user’s responsibility to make sure to take all necessary precautions while using the device. e.g. setting up passwords, backing up wallet.dat files, etc” Elypse

Will the PinkPi reward system be any different than the desktop wallet?

Pink Case“The reward structure is the exact same as our desktop wallets. Standard PoS block reward set at 100 PINK, and Flash PoS block reward set at 150 PINK. We’ve staked multiple blocks using our alpha devices and they function beautifully” Elypse

And most importantly, when does my model ship for beta testing?

“Your beta unit will hopefully be out to you before the end of the year. We are a little behind schedule on it, but that’s purely a result of us wanting to put out high quality software and hardware” Elypse

Any successful idea will have copycats, how do you plan to stay ahead of them?

lepink“Some of the ways we plan to stay ahead are to continue to innovate development and make creative partnerships with organizations that have an aligned mission share our value” –CryptoCayce

How much will PinkPi cost?

“The device is currently slated to cost around 100-150 USD. or around 0.01-0.015 BTC. This is currently the most economically priced staking device we are aware of in the market right now. We want this device to be able to be bought and used by anyone or any bag size.” Elypse

What impact has side staking had on PINK since implemented?

DSC_0645 1
Caligo, Tranzium and CryptoRox demonstrate Pinkcoin’s Donate4Life Platform to Jeff Neiman, the Founder of Cardiac Kids

“Side staking has had a tremendously positive impact on PINK since we implemented it. It’s the engine that makes our Donate 4 Life ( platform go. Its how we’re able to forward the pools staking rewards to our partner organizations automatically without transaction fees as well as a vehicle for other philanthropic minded users to easily donate a portion of their staking rewards to causes they want to support in a set it and forget it manner which provides both the pools and our partners a steady stream of donations.”CryptoCayce

Why the buffalo?

buffalo_7421 (1)“Buffalo mobilize their strongest towards the outside of the herd to protect their younglings, sick, injured and elderly centered in the middle. This ensures the greatest success in stomping out nasty wolves that try to eat the most vulnerable of their family. Buffalo herds are also lead by a wise matriarch vs the typical patriarchal social system. I felt that the buffalo was the perfect representation of what the PINK-Army stood for, protecting those who need help the most and focusing on those in need centered in the middle–essentially exactly what donate4life does, as well as the natural tendency for the most experienced PINK crypto enthusiasts to happily look out for those new to crypto or those vulnerable to sharks trying to mislead them, and so I made the buffalo the logo of the official blog. With the additions of Coin Artist and Rileyx it only makes the matriarch symbology even more relevant.  Also, the “Great Pink Buffalo” is a play on the phrase the “Great White Buffalo”, you don’t what to let PINK be the one to get away. You want to hold onto it forever and never let go.” Spock Skywalker

When PINK is minted, does it take 30 days to fully mature, or can you begin upgrading your rewards immediately?

“It only takes 1 hour for coins to mature, however when you receive a staking reward (minted block) the coins used in receiving the reward will have their accumulated weight reset and they have to start accumulating weight again, that is where the 30 days kick in because 1 coin gains 1 weight every day with a hard cap at 30 days, so after 30 days you’ll be at max efficiency. You can still receive rewards during that time.” Riley

What is the status of your 501.c.3 status?

“We are an official Non-Profit as Pinkcoin Foundation Inc. registered in Florida. We have 27 months to prove with documentation to the IRS that we are acting as a Non-Profit for them to approve our 501(c)(3) status however its a “you’re innocent until proven guilty” kinda thing where in the meantime we have all the rights afforded to a 501(c)(3) status until they approve or deny us.” -CryptoCayce

What exchanges will PINK be on ?

Screenshot 2017-11-02 21.33.07“Pink is by no means a new currency. We have been around since 2014. We are traded all across the cryptosphere. We are listed on Poloniex, Bittrex, Cryptopia, CoinsMarket, Nova Exchange, Bluetrade, AllCrypt and a few others. We are also in talks with additional exchanges to help us get listed on their platforms.” Elypse

Is Binance one of the desired exchanges?

“We have filled out information to be included in their monthly voting sections, and have reached out to them to be listed. We are awaiting to hear back on both accounts. It would be great to be listed on their great exchange”Elypse

What is your strategy for acquiring partnerships of larger volumes and how do you specifically benefit their cause, assuming they have no need for international transfer of funds? In other words, how does PINK beat out USD if the funds being donated are localized (outside of them being able to stake)?

PinkIdle-800x500“We are leveraging our contacts to reach out to organizations we find interesting, we also have a PR firm working on our behalf to help us with this. outside of the benefit of a tax deductible receipt and the organization receiving interest through staking rewards & the USD value of the donations potentially increasing if they choose to hold PINK the biggest selling point is the transparency of the blockchain so they can see their donation is actually going where they think it is and not to pay hidden administrative fees”CryptoCayce

Are PINK donations tax deductibles?

“Yes if you use our donate4life platform they are tax deductible”

What movements are you taking to increase the intrinsic value of PINK coins?

DSC_0218 1“Innovative tech develioment, creating more partnerships, growing our community, increasing our visibility and social media reach, working with our PR firm to refine our message and make sure we get it in front of the right audience”

I’ve heard that setting up and splitting all of your PINK into 1000 increment blocks was both time consuming and confusing.  Is that still the case and can anything be done to simply/ease/optimize the user staking process?

“Correct we do recommend to split your PINK into increments of a 1000 coins, what you have to do is the following:

1. Select your coins (e.g. 50000 PINK)

2. Toggle “SplitBlock”

3. Enter the number of blocks you would need, we recommend 1000 coins per block (50000 / 1000 = 50 Blocks)

4. Enter your own address

5. Enter the total amount of PINK

6. Send and done

Pink Mac Reeca w: LogoAs you mentioned it can be confusing especially if you’re new to crypto and aren’t very familiar with QT wallets. And we have discussed this before and we would love to have this automated at some point in the future to improve the user expierence.” –Riley

What are the plans on making PINK donations mainstream? When should we expect to see a facebook/twitter link to donate via PINK after a natural disaster? I have stopped donating to big shots like red cross and Unicef, as only a tiny portion of my dollar goes to the victims, PINK could easily take over this sector if we could use 100% towards relief efforts.

harveydonate“These are in the works, we had 2 very successful fundraising campaigns for Hurricane Harvey & Hurricane Irma where raised over $30K USD in all different cryptocurrency mostly through Twitter and thanks to our partnership w/ Bittrex exchange who was our escrow and matched the donations for us we were able to donate over $60K USD to Disaster Philanthropy, & Habitat For Humanity. If anyone would like to help us make the process of donation via social media (specifically facebook, instagram, reddit) we’d really like your help.”CryptoCayce

“Does PINK have any upcoming events?”

“We’re currently in the midst of our #31daysofgiving twitter event which is a fun interactive experience driven by our pinkcoin twitter bot @pinkcointips where you can gift and receive PINK which you can keep or donate to Educational Theatre Foundation, if you choose to donate your contribution will be matched by our sponsor @SpacePirate_io and their game Age Of Rust

To participate in the game on twitter Tweet:    @pinkcointips gift @username

Replace @username with the twitter handle of someone you want to engage with, its a great ice breaker”

Pinkcoin Person of the Week: Collin LaHay

QPGLxWlp_400x400Collin LaHay has been trading the inefficiencies of the crypto markets full-time for the last few years. He developed and manages his own blockchain project, GambitCrypto, since 2015 and leads a private trading group, who develop their own proprietary trading algorithms, bots and tools. Collin is the #1 ranked escrow trust-agent for cryptocurrency trades on Bitrated. LaHay also recently became a Pinkcoin advisor. We sat down with him to ask a few questions about his life and what drives his passion for blockchain projects.

 1) Tell us a little bit about your own background.

Before crypto, I got my degree in Business Administration & Marketing at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. I had been doing Internet marketing for 10 or 11 years and was self-taught in finance, which is how I started playing around with trading. What started out as a hobby in early 2013 turned into a new career when in December 2014 I resigned my Fortune 500 marketing gigs to go full-time into crypto. I realize that most marketing people stay in marketing, but because I was on the data analytics side of things, the transition wasn’t so dramatic. I basically went to school for one thing, then discovered I had a passion for something else.

 2) How did you learn about Pinkcoin?

I learned about them back in 2014 when Pinkcoin was being used as a utility to enter poker tournaments. That’s how I met Danny and the rest of the team. Danny was big in the World Series of Poker at the time. Our relationship started out casual. But later we ended up working on development projects. It was all very unexpected. There was this fun poker phase and then there was this serious development phase.

 3) What do you think the biggest challenge is for anyone doing social impact via blockchain?

I have seen a lot of social impact coins trying to be developed. And it all comes back to the same issue: just getting users to be recurring donators. You can have a successful ICO or token drive, only to see everything fizzle out after the launch. The hard part is sustaining that interest and momentum and growing and getting new users and branding properly and getting people to contribute on a regular basis.

 4) Where do you see things going in the next few years in terms of the industry and its relation to social impact?

We are going to see different variations on how people are going to use tokens to fund their causes. There are use-cases we haven’t even thought of yet. For the moment, Pinkcoin is one of the leading projects that his defining this new space, while the majority are focused on the profit-making end of things.

 5) Are people in the industry aware of the negative public perception of cryptocurrency or are they in their own bubble?

That’s a tough question. As the market matures, there will be more regulations and these regulations will reduce the number of bad actors and thereby improve public perception. At the moment, the large financial upside is fostering a bubble mentality. I think the industry is also waiting for a use-case that shows how blockchain can be used to advocate for a social cause, as well as be financially advantageous.

Pinkcoin Person of the Week: Lucas Zuppinger, Founder, ZwischenRAUM

(Photo courtesy of Nicole Heiling; special thanks to Creationworx)

Lucas Zuppinger is the founder of ZwischenRAUM, a Swiss Montessori school that offers an open and experiential approach to education. We reached out to Lucas recently because we learned that he had incorporated Pinkcoin into his curriculum.

Pinkcoin: As far as you know, are you the only school in the world that accepts cryptocurrency? How did that happen?

Lucas Zuppinger: Yes, it’s rather odd that a school in the land of traditional banking is promoting crypto. I want to pay my bread, my salad and my rent in a currency that is not based on debt. I am doing my part to promote openness and freedom by offering my services for crypto, too. In addition I’m a math teacher, a gambler and very interested in new ways of living.

PC: Tell us about your school and your approach to education.

LZ: Our school is still growing. As we play strategy games a lot, go outside a lot and learn outdoors as an alternative to the traditional textbook curriculum we try to find parents that share our approach to education and who trust us. We try not to interrupt curiosity, feelings and incorporate school as a part of life. Here is our approach, in German. But non-German speakers can get the gist by running the page through Google Translate:

PC: It seems like the open approach to education that the Montessori method offers is a natural fit for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

LZ: Yes and no. No, because Montessori was aware that physical contact with the subject matter is very important. Let’s touch, let’s feel, let’s smell, let’s play…. Yes, because I really hope that blockchain technology will stop the madness of bureaucracy and give us more time to just live. And yes, because I’m just curious about crypto and curiosity should not be stopped.

PC: How did you become aware of Pinkcoin?

LZ: First time I got into contact with Bitcoin was 2013. A friend told me and we bought 1 Bitcoin for around 300$. Then last May a mutual acquaintance showed up and tried to sell us an unknown crypto. I did some background checking on the Internet and was not convinced by his currency, but was by crypto in general. I opened an account at Poloniex and checked first all the websites of the traded coins. I was often bored by so much technical information, but Pink was giving a lot of variety. I liked the social aspect and the funny blog. The humor and the desire for social impact seemed so lacking in the rest of the cryptocurrency space.

PC: For educators who are not aware of social impact cryptocurrencies like Pinkcoin, what advice would you offer them?

LZ: The social impact of Pinkcoin is still small. But I chose that currency to help it grow. Not only educators, everybody must know, that it’s really important what product you choose. If you buy local, organic and aware., you support the guys who want to make this world a better place. If you support the JP Morgan, Exxon or Wal-Mart, you support the guys nuking our planet sooner or later. Also, in the crypto business you have to be aware, because some people just want to make fast profit and some manipulate the market. I deeply believe that the Pink community will lead us into a world with more love, respect, help and peace.

“The Houston SPCA is the lead nonprofit agency for animal-related disaster rescue, relief and resources in the region. Our reach is wide, as we are called to step in when hurricanes, fires and storms ravage the region and state. We have lent our assistance, equipment and shelter in such emergencies including Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ike; the Gulf Oil spill of 2010, moving animals from packed Louisiana shelters to the Houston SPCA; and the Tri-County Wildfires of 2011, where our rescue teams went behind the fire lines to rescue pets and farm animals.”

Get to Know the Pinkcoin Development Team

“Development Team Members are Highlighted in Today’s Edition of the Great Pink Buffalo!”

Devan Penner-Woelk

June 26, 1989

St. Catharines, ON, Canada

I was born and raised until three years old in Niagara Falls, before my parents moved to St. Catharines where they still reside today and my earliest childhood memories begin. I remember playing outside, although many years ago, with children from not only my own complex, but the other three complexes in the surrounding area. Good times. Bad times. Many enjoyable memories that are amazingly not pushed out by my years of computer knowledge. Five years old is where my life began; a hand-me-down computer and an internet CD.

My computer life started when I was given a 100Mhz computer from an uncle and a Free Web internet CD (it was a service that provided free internet for displaying advertisements across the top of your computer). These early days were filled with a lot of headaches (thanks Mom and Dad; we visited the computer repair shop every day for a week straight once) but the deep seeded roots that is my computer hardware experience had begun. Although I can’t perfectly lay out a timeline of what happened between school, friends, wanting to kill AOL, and computer troubles I had yet to face, but somewhere around the age of ten, I learned about a website called (amazingly it is still up but seems to be left on the curb) and stuck my foot into the world of 3D Studio Max.

Gaming was a bit more exciting back than, from a developer standpoint, as anyone with notepad and/or a hex editor could modify a game’s files to provide patches, add custom game-play, new graphics, characters, etc. Red Alert and Red Alert 2 were the main focus of the Derelict Studio forums and I was eventually a part of a team that had me designing and creating 3D models for buildings and vehicles (infantry was left to the older, more experienced modelers). Over time, I created and rendered wallpapers; little movies; building construction, operation, and destruction animations; messed around with this and that (for some reason four omnidirectional lights placed evenly in the four corners of the dimensional space created nice lighting). One day, with my own game’s concept in full swing and building animations being rendered to disk, it was time to show off my work; my first website.

I still remember using a black hash-tooth pattern for the headings of the navigation, it was a dark coloured website, but aside from that, it’s all a blur. A DOCTYPE you could never remember, tables, neopets, Geocities, GIF background images, and KaZaa were all the rage. The internet was starting to gain speed and I was right along with it. Creating webpages for this, learning more HTML/CSS for that, I lose all concept of time from the age of ten onward. Grade 6 was in there, where I drew Pokemon for the majority of my time and played Gizmo’s and Gadgets on the thunder-of-Thor keyboards (buttons had to have 2 inch springs under them); secondary school, and then there was high school. A four-year-long-story short, we had programming classes for Grades 11 and 12 (Turing) in which I taught the class because 1) the teacher was often busy with other priorities and 2) with already eight years of coding behind me, another language (especially one with top-to-bottom reading, could go into functions barely) was nothing for me to learn. Being able to prioritize when each hand requested my help was exciting, not to mention often leaving the classroom realizing I didn’t even turn on my monitor.

The summer of Grade 11, I went to work in a factory. The factory my dad still slaves away in. I do not remember that summer. I saved my money and barely had enough energy or care to do anything on the weekends. Before long, it was time to get back to school. However, being the computer code monkey that I am, the money I saved ($2040 CAD or $1780 USD; still to this day carry the receipt in my wallet – September 19th, 2006) turned into a money order and was mailed off to Chris H. in California. The money I just saved for three months, was now on its way to someone I have never met, had only sent a few e-mails too, to build me a server. Everyone: parents, friends, teachers included, all gave me lectures on how: I was stupid, will never see that money again, who the hell is this Chris fellow? But I am nearly crying right now remembering the day I stayed home from school to await the arrival of my very own server.

Going off to college got me excited because I enrolled in the Computer Programming/Analyst course to expand my coding knowledge into the software side of things. I was already so vastly involved in the World Wide Web that I thought it impossible for anyone to teach me anything I didn’t already know. In all honestly, to make another three-year-long-story short, the course itself was a complete waste of time. On the positive, I highly encourage everyone to at least try to go to college. The people, connections, excitement, life experiences, you name it over the three years I attended, were priceless. However, the knowledge they were suppose to cover was non-existent. I did not graduate from college. I did not learn how to create software. I did, however, further strengthen my website abilities by switching from tables to divs (yeah yeah).

One of the people I met in college quickly became my friend and business parnter, and together we started using our abilities to create websites. We tried the client route; didn’t wok. We tried to create our own website and at one point had it ranked < 100,000 on Alexa (website no longer exists; big corporations killed it); didn’t work. We both quit our jobs. We both have families. We are both living with our in-laws and are trying to make ends meet. Solely driven by our passion for the internet and have finally found our home in the crypto-currency world.

Starting out with faucets, building a faucet looping website (, and doing everything we can to obtain Bitcoin, we were still stuck in our rut. Everything we did, no matter how much time, money, and effort went into something, it all seemed to come to an end. Since giving up, especially this late in the game (I personally have been unemployed since my daughter was born; over a year-and-a-half ago) was not an option. We looked towards bounties in an attempt to grab some Bitcoin we could potentially use to hold our families at bay (most likely fiat conversion). Scam. Scam. Didn’t pay. Scam. What were the terms? Scam. Can we lower our price? Once again, we were both facing defeat at every corner. Our home in the crypto-currency world had nothing left but a box of tissues and some code written on the peeling wallpaper.

Hello Pinkcoin!

To our surprise, our efforts in the cryptography world did not go unnoticed and the Pinkcoin team welcomed our support with open arms. Our home had a raging party again, our spirits were once again as high as kites, and our drive was at full speed once again. My fingers began banging out code. Projects, deadlines, milestones, and the future were all too clear. I could finally use my fifteen years of experience, passion, and self-motivation to create something to whole world can enjoy. Thank you Pinkcoin for doing things differently and not adding to my pile of failure.

I appreciate you reading my life story in a nutshell. I look forwarding to reading what all of you care to share and I hope that one day I can help you; unlike so many have not done for me.

I am a code monkey.

I am Devan.

I am Tranzium.

I LOVE websites.

I LOVE code.

I am Pinkcoin.

Growing up in a small town surrounded by nature, I spent most of my days outdoors. Up until about 7 years ago, I had never really used a computer. Right out of highschool I went into a factory, and worked there for years. One lucky day, I lost my pinky finger in a hydraulic press. That is when I decided to go back to school.

I did a year of general science, while I decided what I wanted. This lead to 2 1/2 years in Marketing. Half way through my graduating year, I changed courses again. My little brother had just begun a Computer Programming Analyst course. Seeing what he was able to accomplish with code, that got me excited. So I joined his course, and barely passed the first semester. So I did my final program switch, into New Media Web Design where I graduated after 3 more years of College.

I have done and learned many things in my life, but never became a Master at anything specifically. A jack of all trades, master of none. My dedication, self-motivation and many years of dream chasing, have me feeling right at home in crypto. It is like everything I have ever done, combined with my dire need to better peoples lives, and change the world. I have tried involving myself in a few coins. Scam, after scam, hype after hype, it killed me because I knew what it took to achieve the things they were all promising. So I went looking at bounties, found a couple, but got taken advantage of. It was not long after that I was introduced to Pinkcoin.

I joined Pinkcoin right around the same time that the community was taking over. CryptoCayce, Sumgye and Sonys saw the value in this coin, and they were making impressive moves and grinding hard. I got my friend Tranzium and told him “we finally found our home to build our stuff.”

In short, I feel as though everything in my life has lead me to Pinkcoin, and this community. The universe almost makes sense when you can look back in time, and connect all the dots.

DSC_0006 1I’m a 26 year old architect and city planner located in Detroit, Michigan, US. I spent 8 years getting my dual masters in Architecture and sustainable design and construction methods as well as a masters in Urban Design and city planning. Using my education to guide me, I’ve helped create and run charities in Detroit using design as a method for change. That brought me to the Pink team as the core values of Pink aligned with my personal beliefs as well. I’ve been in crypto since 2015 where I first learned the technologies through setting up a small mining farm and strongly affirm that utilizing these new block-chain technologies along with my passion for design is a perfect match to share in a global vision of change. Every generation gets a chance at changing the world. This is our chance to completely revolutionize how the economy and currency function worldwide.

Hey, my name is Andrew Robertson I live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I am sort a jack of all trades; I like to learn new things. Studied to be a chef, architect estimator, project manager, and have had easily 100 different jobs along the way. Was drawn to poker in the 2004 Moneymaker effect and really enjoyed the strategic end of it. Got lucky a couple times and was able to stack up at the time life changing money. A mutual friend of Danny and I introduced us and he helped improve my poker game. Somewhere in 2014 I found crypto and really never looked back. Have devoted most of my free time into becoming a profitable trader and spreading awareness. I was introduced to Pink through Danny and our mutual friend and really like the concept. We were obviously way ahead of our time as far as a donation platform in crypto and few survived the 2015 bear attack. I am excited that most of our original team has come back into the fold to create the new Pink. I am even more excited for the future and using our network to help people. It is Really nice to meet more like minded people that want to make a difference!

I mostly do graphical work like the videos on our YouTube channel, but I also love the technical side of everything. I studied System & Network Engineering. When I joined the Pinkcoin slack I immediately fell in love with the project, and I really wanted to contribute so I started making videos for the group. Shortly there-after I was given the keys to run Pinkcoin’s Official Youtube channel and was invited to join the development team!

DSC_0453 1My name is Devin Saxon, I’m a 28 year old writer and audio engineer, but most importantly — I like memes. After dropping out of college I started a highly successful political/news blog out of my home state of South Dakota, at which point a need arose to effectively raise funds to support my writing career outside of Paypal. It did not take long for the discovery of Bitcoin to follow. Graduating high school into the Great Recession, I easily recognized the implications and heroic impact of Bitcoin’s block chain technology, subsequently falling in love with the crypto community at large striving to provide for a sound money financial system for the first time in generations. A solid call, scooping up Bitcoin in 2014-2015 during a gargantuan bear market cycle was the smartest thing I’ve ever done in my life. It was during this time that I discovered altcoins, and consequently, after winning a fabled meme contest hosted by CryptoCayce in May of 2014, I came upon my beloved Pinkcoin. Thankfully now, I’m currently employed for and rocking Pinkcoin full-time as the editor of the Great Pink Buffalo, $PINK’s official blog and couldn’t be happier!

Jeremy Redinger, Salem Oregon, leads development of $PINK’s block-chain technologies. He is credited with revolutionizing crypto-currency by introducing side-staking features into Pinkcoin’s wallets, as well as providing many other firsts for crypto. (Full bio coming soon)

2014WSOP_EV65_Day2C_Danny Johnson, 31 years old, is currently employed as the Chief Technology Officer for a Food Service Company in Chicago. Formerly a Professional Poker Player living in Hawaii, he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University. Danny’s legendary rise in crypto began in Nov. 2013 after buying Litecoin off a now defunct website for $4 each, flipping them 3 weeks later for $36 a pop — after that he was hooked. His next project, Pinkcoin, began on May 2nd 2014. Seeing it having tremendous potential for marketing, partnerships, and change that no other altcoin has, Danny became an instant leader within the community. Within weeks the original developer of Pinkcoin abandon the project and Danny seized the opportunity to step in and give this coin new life and direction. A bunch of like minded individuals came together shortly then-after and the rest is history.
